PayZu TrueHolder

Overview

TrueHolder is a security feature that validates document ownership for both deposits and withdrawals. It ensures that transactions are only processed when the document (CPF/CNPJ) matches the authorized owner, preventing unauthorized transactions.

For Deposits TrueHolder validates that the payer's CPF or CNPJ matches the document you authorize. Only payments from the specified document holder are accepted - all others are automatically blocked.

For Withdrawals The system validates that the Pix key belongs to the authorized CPF or CNPJ before processing the withdrawal. This ensures funds are only sent to the legitimate recipient.

How to Activate Contact our support team to enable TrueHolder for your account. Once activated, the feature works automatically for all your transactions.
